JD MCNEILL
Director of Leasing
As Director of Leasing for The Spectrum Companies, JD McNeill is responsible for implementing a strategic marketing and leasing plan for our Triangle leasing portfolio, totaling over 2.6 million square feet. A native of Pinehurst, NC, JD is a graduate of the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business at Elon University where he received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He holds a North Carolina broker’s license and is involved with various real estate organizations.
ERIC FORSHEE
Director of Leasing
As Director of Leasing for The Spectrum Companies, Eric Forshee is responsible for the overall leasing and marketing of our Triangle portfolio, totaling over 2.6 million square feet. A native of Hickory, NC, Eric is a graduate of the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He holds a North Carolina broker’s license and is involved with various real estate organizations. Additionally, he is a candidate for and currently working to earn his CCIM designation.
